35 Commercial Project Invoice Fix The issue has been fixed where 'Prepayments' were sometimes coming through as zero on to the final invoice.
34 MRO Inspection Workbench Fix Compliance pop-up; The 'Dup. Inspection' box was incorrectly open for edit for scheduled maintenance and disabled for unscheduled. This has been corrected and now works the correct way around.

30 General Status Board Change Availability tab; a new 'AC/Dept' filter has been added to allow data filtering.
29 General Status Board Change Scheduling tab; The 'Op Est Date' column now shows an Estimated Completion Date for Ops on a Manufacturing Work Order. Note: Manufacturing module only.
28 Aircraft Management Forecast Fix The screens and reports are now correctly displaying task cards, from Planned MIs, for different components, even if they have been selected on project(s) multiple times.
27 Aircraft Management Maintenance Instruction Fix The bug has been fixed such that when up-issuing an instruction and electing to remove some Task(s) and selecting Yes on the popup message the user is no longer able to then manually re-tick the Task(s) on the Aircraft status in the same transaction. 26 Aircraft Management System of Management New The process of signing off Independent Inspections (Duplicate Inspections) in Aerotrac has been made more robust with the addition of a new 'Reason' for the inspection on both Scheduled and Unscheduled Tasks Note:See Additional Notes
25 Commercial Credit Notes Change The Agents Commission / Credit Note printout (COM0018) has been amended; The word 'Credit' has been added to the header and 'Amount Invoiced' has been changed to 'Amount Credited'. In addition, the trading currency amount is now shown on each line (if applicable)
24 Commercial Project Estimating Fix The bug has been fixed such that part(s) assigned to Task Cards that are linked to a Grouped Inspection are no longer being duplicated. Note: this typically occurred when a Project Estimate was raised from an MRO Quotation where parts were added to a quote, but not linked to an Op. Aerotrac now checks any manually added parts and ties them to any imported part and the associated Op No.
23 Commercial Project Estimating Fix When adding a Repair Order linked directly to a Workshop Project and not via the Material Review, the RO details are no longer duplicating on the Project Estimate Note:See Additional Notes - Ref 29870
22 Commercial Project Estimating Change The functionality has been changed on the 'Labour Charges' tab of Project Estimates, such that any imported Sub-Projects and Component Rework Projects can be automatically flagged as 'Rework' labour rather than 'Basic' labour. 21 Commercial Project Estimating Change The functionality has been changed such that the screen now displays a new column - 'Reason for Charge' - on the Parts, Labour, and Misc tabs. Note:See Additional Notes - Ref 29884
20 Commercial Project Invoice Fix The bug has been fixed that was causing an error when entering an Invoice Date in a future month. It is now possible to enter a future date on Invoices and Credit Notes, but not in future periods.
19 Commercial Project Invoice Fix Fixes issue where Pre Payment invoices were not being pulled into Final Invoice.
18 Commercial Sales Invoice Fix Fixes issue with Misc Charges that have previously been invoiced on Pre Payment invoices.
17 Materials Material Review New A 'View' button has been added to the right of the Project Number that will open the Workshop Project screen.
16 Materials Stock Transfer Fix When adding a new Stock Transfer the 'Contact' is now defaulted and is displaying the contact from the Warehouse setup.
15 MRO Hangar Projects - Technical Details Change The functionality has been changed such that the 'Start Hangar Activity' button is now only active after the aircraft has been removed from service/operation. Note: Applicable to AWI users only - applies to both Line and Base Projects
14 MRO Inspection Workbench New A new 'Set as N/A' button has been added to the 'Inspection Workbench - Inspection Required' tab. Note:See Additional Notes - Ref 30018
13 MRO Workshop Projects Change The functionality has been changed such that when raising a project and selecting a Part Number that has been set up in the Capability Management feature, the Department is auto-populated on Workshop Project. Note: Quality Management module only. In order for this function to work the Warehouse, Department & User's Default Warehouse must all be in alignment.
12 MRO Workscope Details Change The functionality has been changed such that when the project is released to the workshop the last Inspection stage on the route will be assigned 9999 as an op number such that any Unscheduled tasks added during the shop visit will be inserted into the route, above the Inspection stage. 11 Administrative Setup Aircraft Management New A/C Management, Life Formulas; The functionality has been changed such that an applicable Life Formula can be set to be automatically applied to an individual aircraft Reg/Serial number. Note:See Additional Notes - Ref 29477
10 Administrative Setup Aircraft Management Change Fleet Details; The functionality has been changed so that you can now add Warranty Details to 'Maintained' only aircraft. Previously this was restricted to Managed aircraft. Aircraft Maintenance Organisations and Warranty Module Users only
09 Administrative Setup Workcentres Change The functionality has been changed and 'Stage Detail' selection combo has been introduced such that workcentres can be assigned to a category. Note: AWI/ATM-E enabled customers only
